I collaborate with my clients to clarify personal and organizational PVMV: Purpose, Vision, Missions, and Values. The company PVMV are the basis of an integrated business plan, communications, and model. When every member of the team knows their purpose, they are more aligned with the purpose of the organization. This unleashing of energy and motivation is the key to engagement that profitably carries into the customer experience and company culture.
